How this works

A dealer answers a few questions, we match them against each buyer's posted entry rules, and the dealer receives the names that fit. An introduction happens only on the dealer's say-so. We never touch dealership data, and our fee, when there is one, comes from the buyer.

After you send the form

  1. Your answers arrive

ZIP code, a name and email, and the store facts: rooftops, headcount, DMS and CRM, years of RO history, franchised or independent. No files, no records.

  2. We hold them up to posted rules

Every buyer on the buyers page posts some mix of size floor, trading history, location and accepted record types. Your answers are checked against each.

  3. You get names

By email, we name each buyer the store clears and the rule that decided it. When the store clears none, the email names the rule it falls short of.

  4. You choose

Nothing about the dealership reaches a buyer until you answer yes, and then only the buyers you picked. Samples, pricing and contracts run directly between the store and that buyer.

Things we will not do

  • Take in, keep, open or pass along dealership data, exports or samples. That is why the form has no upload.
  • Put a number on what a buyer might pay, or haggle over it.
  • Sign for the dealership, or present ourselves as a buyer, broker, marketplace or AI lab.
  • Charge the dealership for anything.
  • Share your details before you have read a buyer's name and agreed to it.

Where our money comes from

Several data buyers publish referral schemes: they pay the introducer after a company it brought to them signs. If a store we introduced signs, the buyer may pay us under that scheme. We are an introduction service, and that is our only income from the arrangement.

Getting in touch

Questions go to support@grubleads.com, and the privacy notice explains how to get a copy of what you submitted or have it erased.

Questions about the service

Does the dealership pay anything?

Not a cent, whatever happens. Our income comes from buyers: some run posted referral schemes that pay the introducer once the company it introduced signs.

Does the referral fee change what the buyer pays us?

Nothing in the buyers’ posted terms suggests so, but we never see or set your price. Put the question to the buyer, and have counsel review the contract.

Can I contact the buyers myself instead?

Of course. Each row on the buyers page links straight to the buyer. Going direct costs you nothing, and we earn nothing from it.

How do I have my details removed?

Use the address given in the privacy notice. Everything you typed is erased and we email to confirm.

Roughly where the store is, how to reach you and a little about its systems: from that you get back a short list of named buyers whose posted rules the dealership clears, or a straight "none yet".

This form takes a description only. Do not attach or paste exports, screenshots, ROs or customer files; we never need them.

Disclosure: this is an introduction service, paid (when a deal happens) by the company we connect you with.

Part 1 of 3: location

Where is the company based?

Just the five digits.
